Product & Orders

All transactions are completed in USD currency.

 All items will be ordered upon completion of payment and order confirmation.  Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.  Upon availability, confirmation and company tracking information will be sent to the email you have provided. Delivery schedules are dependent on factors such as inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. You will be notified in the event of anticipated delayed delivery or manufacturing delays.

We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any given time.  In the event that your original order is no longer in stock, the delivery may require an additional 14 business days. Please know that our team will do their best to deliver to the specified address as soon as possible.  

Shipping
 

 Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. 

Shipping couriers may depend upon delivery locations.  All items will be insured during delivery.  Once an item has shipped we will notify you with any available tracking information. 
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything possible to assist you.

​Once the item is delivered and a signature is gathered at the shipping address provided, we will no longer be responsible for delivery.  When a signature is gathered, the client will assume all responsibility if a package is deemed "undelivered" or signed by someone other than the purchaser.  Finalized deliveries are considered "signed and delivered." 

 Price 

 All transactions are completed in USD currency.
Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to VAT. All orders requiring shipping, handling, and taxes will be required to pay at the time of checkout unless otherwise instructed. The price of items is subject to change at any time. All promotional pricing is subject to the promotion, promotional content, and promotional length. Promotional pricing is not indefinitely available, and will not be honored outside of the promotion. All pricing applied to an order will be announced at the time of the order and checkout

Taxes

All applicable and required U.S. sales taxes will be paid at checkout. 

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) to receive shipments from outside your country. Clients are responsible for paying any and all taxes, duties, and/or customs fees charged by your government. HDC-WATER.com is required by law to declare accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the value of the order during the purchase or on the customs documentation.

Please allow an estimated shipping and processing time of 10 to 20 business days for worldwide delivery. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post.  All clients will be responsible for all charges incurred during any potential hold time at customs. 

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal. While our HDC systems have proven to be extremely effective, returns are very rare. However, purified water may not be for everyone's taste and we understand that.  

As a result, we offer a 120-Day Manufacturer's money-back guarantee to provide you with peace of mind.

In the event of a return, customers are solely responsible for paying costs incurred for returning  item(s) to manufacturing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, any costs incurred during the transaction and return will be deducted from the refund. These charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is necessary, Customer Service will provide the proper return address. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore can not be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

Items damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects will be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be initiated and shipped upon return completion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Giveaways

Giveaways are "No Purchase Necessary."  Giveaways are for eligible contestants living in eligible states, who enter to win by providing their email, and  may be awarded the campaign prize. Should any taxes be required, each contestant is solely responsible for any charges incurred. If any returns are necessary, contestant is responsible for any charges incurred. Giveaways are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or traded for other products or credit. Entry does not guarantee winning. Rules may be subject to change.

All contestants must be 18 and follow the regulations of the state to win.

Warranty

Each HDC Device comes with a U.S. 10 Year Pro-rated Warranty on all parts.  However, each device is expected to last the lifetime of your plumbing system or more.

Installation & Responsibility

By submitting or purchasing an installation, the following is agreed:

Installations provided by 3rd parties "vendors, contractors, and subcontractors." 

The Contractor is an independent contractor willing to provide certain skills, abilities, or services to The Employer that The Employer has demand and need, therefore, provided through The Business aka 

HDC Enterprises, LLC. 

Work Status. By using our services, you are The Employer hereby employs The Contractor as an independent contractor, and The Contractor hereby accepts employment on the signature date.

Start Date. These terms shall commence on the document signature date, 

and/or on The Employer’s balance is paid-in-full to The Business. Either party may, without cause, terminate this Agreement by giving notice to all parties.

 Business Licenses, Permits, and Certificates. The Contractor presents and warrants that all employees and personnel associated shall comply with federal, state, and local laws requiring any required licenses, permits, and certificates necessary to perform the Services under these terms.

 Insurance. The Contractor shall be required to have insurance attributed to their service provided.  

Such insurance shall not reimburse by The Employer or The Business.

Indemnification. Nor The Contractor or Employer shall indemnify and hold The Business harmless from any loss or liability from performing the Service to The Employer under these terms.

Materials. The Contractor’s materials used for providing the services shall not reimburse by The Employer or The Business. Responsible for all expenses related to providing the Services under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, supplies, equipment, operating costs, business costs,

employment costs, taxes, Social Security contributions/payments, disability insurance, 

unemployment taxes, and any other cost that may or may not be in connection with the 

Services provided by Contractor. In accordance with this agreement, there are no requirements 

for reimbursement. Nor The Employer or The Business is required to pay the Contractor for any expense incurred before, or after, receiving payment from The Employer for “Services provided.” 

Relationship Defined. Nothing in these terms shall indicate The Contractor is a partner, agent, or employee of The Business aka HDC-Enterprises, LLC. This Agreement does not create a partnership relationship between The Business, The Employer or The Contractor. Unless otherwise directed, through contract, The Contractor shall have no authority to enter contracts on The Business’ behalf or represent The Business in any manner beyond these terms.

Final Terms. It is agreed between the parties that there are no other agreements or understandings between them relating to the subject matter of these terms. These terms supersede all prior agreements, oral or written, between the parties and is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of these terms between all parties. No change or modification of these terms shall be valid unless the same be in writing and signed by all parties.

Severability. These terms shall remain in effect in the event a section or provision is unenforceable or invalid. All remaining sections and provisions shall deem legally binding unless a court rules that any such provision or section is invalid or unenforceable, thus, limiting the effect of another provision or section. In such case, the affected provision or section shall enforce as so limited. 

Legal Notice. All notices or required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be in writing and may be delivered In-Person or By Certified Mail – Return Receipt Requested, postage prepaid, addressed to 

The Business aka HDC Enterprises, LLC and the invoiced client.

Entire Terms. These terms, along with any attachments or addendums, represents the entire Agreement between the parties. Therefore, these terms supersedes any prior agreements, promises, conditions, or understandings between the Employer (“The Employer”), Contractor (“The Contractor”) and the Business (“The Business”).

Acknowledgement of Understanding. 

I HAVE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE OBLIGATIONS WHICH IT IMPOSES UPON ME WITHOUT RESERVATION.  NO PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO ME TO INDUCE ME TO MAKE ANY PURCHASE. I INTEND MY PURCHASE AND SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. I HAVE READ THESE TERMS VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY, IN DUPLICATE, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE COMPANY WILL RETAIN ONE COUNTERPART AND THE OTHER COUNTERPART WILL BE RETAINED BY ME.
